In the race of vaccine development for the novel corona virus, Russia is taking the lead. It is all set to launch Russia’s first vaccine in the world tomorrow.  Successfully, this vaccine has completed all the three phases of human clinical trials.

Worldwide, there are 6 candidates of  vaccines to have entered in the final stages of human clinical trials. Reportedly,  there are top two  vaccine making candidates in Russia. The first one is  Vektor State Research Centre of Virology  and Biotechnology where as  the second one is Gamaleya Scientific Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology along with Russian Defence Ministry.

Gam COVID- vac-Lyo is going to be the first vaccine launched for covid-19 in the world. Date for the registration of vaccine is likely to be between August 10-12.  After  3 to 7  days of registration, vaccines will be soon available.

According to the TASS reports, it is being said that after the injection of vaccine in humans, it was found that they developed immunity against covid-19 on the 21^st day.  With the second injection, immunity against covid-19 also got doubled.

Initially, vaccines will be given to the teachers and doctors of Russia. Though, WHO ( World Health Organisation) is tracking all the development stages of vaccines worldwide. As of now, it has not been reported about any vaccine candidate that has completed all the three phases of human clinical trials.  WHO affirmed that vaccine development candidates should seriously follow the proper guidelines for vaccine development  to produce a safe and effective vaccine.

Health experts has predicted  that Russia is trying to cut out some steps of vaccine making  more like a shortcut and fast tracking the vaccine making procedures that will eventually put people at risk.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute Of Allergy and Infectious Diseses in the united states affirmed, “I do hope that the Chinese and the Russians are actually testing the vaccine before they administering the vaccine to anyone”.

Russia is planning a massive production of vaccines by October. However, the vaccine will be free of cost. Government will manage the cost of vaccine.

New Delhi:  The Human trial stage has started for the Corona vaccine COVAXIN. Though, in the middle of that, experts from AIIMS have recommended some changes. A group of experts from AIIMS Delhi have suggested to change the protocol of human trials for vaccine.  Research wing of AIIMS has asked for a sample survey to test 1,125 healthy and voluntary people in the place of 375 for both the phases of trials.

The experts committee objected to 11 points in the proposed protocol . They affirmed that this changed way of conducting trial will make it more scientific and accurate.

According to the media reports, ICMR protocol states that the trials should be fast tracked. To execute it, there should be more sample of trials in order to give more accuracy.

 According to the present protocol, vaccine trials will be conducted on healthy people in the age range of 18 to 55 years in the first phase and 12  to 65 years in the second phase.

ICMR claimed that the COVAXINE will be launched by August 15.  According to the deadline ,phase of human trials had to be started from July 7. Once all these trials will be successful, vaccines will be launched by August 15.

It will be  the first vaccine of covid-19 Chairmen and managing director of the  vaccine making company , Dr. Krishan Ella stated that  it is the first vaccine that is getting prepared for coronavirus. He also added that our research and drug preparation team is working continuessly even without getting tired

New Delhi: Friday turned out to be full of drama amid the political turmoil of Rajasthan. A hearing session was held in the High court against the notice of speaker. The speaker will not be taking any action against Sachin Pilot and the 18 lawmakers who were served disqualification notice till July 21.

On the other hand, team of Rajasthan SOG reached ITC Hotel in Manesar to inspect the audio released by Ashok Gehlot’s officer on special duty (OSD). Though, they waited outside the hotel for at least half an hour, still their entry was denied inside the hotel.

Ashok Gehlot’s OSD team released three audio files in the media.  It is claimed that the Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Congress MLAs Bhanwarlal Sharma and Sanjay were involved in some sort of negotiations. Earlier, Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot accused Sachin Pilot and BJP of conspiracy to topple his government. However, Shekhawat and Bhanwarlal accused the Congress of doing petty politics, terming all the accusations fake.

Ashok Gehlot also claimed that he has evidence to drive home his claims. It is believed that Gehlot is simply referring to the audio recordings. Rajasthan SOG team reached Manesar to probe about the alleged audio clips.

Arguments at Rajasthan High Court

Sachin Pilot secured his first victory in the ongoing political crisis of Rajasthan. High court has stopped proceedings of the speaker. A hearing session took place in the High court against the notice of the speaker where everyone put across their points.  Another hearing will take place in the High Court on Monday. No order shall be passed by the speaker till 5 pm on July 21. He also cannot take any action against the rebellious MLA’s. A show cause notice has been issued to 19 MLAs including Sachin Pilot. Abhishek Manu Singhvi appeared on behalf of speaker in the legislative assembly. He stated that it’s convenient to give notice as the MLA’s had violated whip.

Why was the notice issued to 19 MLA?

Congress conducted a meeting of the legislature party for two consecutive days. 19 MLA’s including Sachin Pilot failed to attend the meeting.  Post the incident, on night of July 14, speaker issued notices against 19 MLAs including Sachin Pilot on a petition seeking their disqualification by the Congress. In the notice, the MLAs have been asked to respond by Friday to Congress’ demand for disqualification from the legislative assembly.

Eight critical covid-19 patients died in a huge fire that broke out at a private hospital’s intensive care unit (ICU) in Ahmadabad. The poor ventilated ICU caught fire possibly after a short circuit. Covid- 19 designated Shrey hospital situated in Navrangppura, Ahmadabad was blazing in the early morning hours though fire was broke out around 3.30 am on Thursday. Reports said that the smoke inside ICU was so dense that  killed 8 patients of covid-19. Among the eight victims, five were men where as the other four were women.

 “Eight corona virus patients admitted in the ICU ward of Shrey hospital have died due to fire, which has been doused” said an official of the Ahmadabad fire department. 40 people were rescued from the tragic incident and they have been shifted to a civic hospital. Police has recorded the statement of a hospital staff who managed successfully to escape from the hospital fire.Fire officials stated that they haven’t seen anything like this before.

A staff member in PPE suit went to attend a patient and he also died after being caught by the deadly grip of fire.After the fatal incident that wrecked a havoc, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani ordered an investigation.

Prime minister Narendra Modi expressed his grief over the tragic incident.“Saddend by the tragic hospital fire in Ahemdabad. Condolences to the bereaved families.May the injured recover soon,” he tweeted.

Another tweet by PM affirmed that an ex- gratio of Rs 2 lakh will be given to the deceased family from The Prime Minister’s Releif Fund. Those who get injured after the terrible incident will be given Rs 50,000.

1073 cases in Gujrat has been recorded in the past 24 hours.  With this, Gujrat’s covid -19 tally reached 66,777 on Wednesday.  The total number of deceased has gone up to 2,557.

Unlock 3.0 will began from August 3. Government has issued some guidelines for unlock3.0 on July 29. Though, all the guidelines would be applicable for areas outside containment zones.

What is allowed during unlock 3.0?

•  Night curfew will be removed now. Earlier, during lockdown 2.0 night curfew lasted from 9pm-7am to 10pm-5am. Restrictions on movement of individuals during night has been removed. Yes folks, now you are allowed to go out in night time. Though in the time of corona, the less you step out of home, the more it would be safer. Commercial establishment can now remain open  at their night time as they used to do before.
• Gymnasiums and Yoga institutes will be open from August 5. Well, the opening of gym will be accompanied with various guidelines to curb the spread of covid-19 because gymnasium is a closed place with equipments that are  shared by multiple people. Standard operating procedure for operating Gyms and Yoga centre will be issued by the government before August 5.

Which activities will remain prohibited?

• Metro train services will not operate till the order of government.
• Cinema halls, swimming pools, entertainment parks,theatres, bars, auditoriums and similar places will remain close.
• Social, political, entertainment, academic, cultural, religious functions with large gatherings to be remain banned.
• Schools, colleges, coaching centers will remain closed for at least until August 31.

International travel is only permitted under under Vande Bharat mission till August 31 at least.  Rest , all depands on the situation.

Opening of these places will be decided by the government based on the situation of pandemic. Till then it is safer for people to avoid these kinds of activities and places as much as possible.

 Government is opening the economy with strict lockdowns in connatinment  zones to curb the spread of virus . Containment zones are the most dangerous areas that can spread virus to others at a faster rate. Acording to the guidelines,within containment zones , strict perimeter control shall be maintained and only essential activities are allowed. Government has decided to impose lockdown in containment zones till August 31.

Government has advised people to use the Aarogya Setu app. Social distancing, wearing mask, properly sanitizing yourself are some of the most effective ways to keep yourself safe from covid-19.

Father of Sushant Singh Rajput has logded an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and five others including family members of Rhea for abetment of suicide, police said on Tuesday.  The late actor’s 70 year old father has lodged the FIR on Sunday with Rajiv Nagar police station, Patna.

• IPC section 342- Pumishmennt for wrongful confinement
• IPC section 380- Theft in dwelling house
• IPC section 406-  Punishment for criminal breach of trust

• IPC section 306- Abetment of suicide

Suicide mystery of Sushant Singh Rajput had took a new turn with the FIR lodged by the late actor’s father with some serious allegation against Rhea.  A 4 member team of Patna Police will do the further investigations with Mumbai Police. Team of Patna police has left for Mumbai .

• Before 2019 sushant has no mental problems, what happened to him when he came in contact with Rhea Chakraborty?
• During his mental treatment, what were the medicines & treatment giving to Sushant on Rhea’s input?
• Why did Rhea Chakraborty left Sushant singh in a critical condition despite knowing his mental condition?
• Why a heftyamount of Rs 15 crore were transferred from the late actor’s account in Kotak Mahindra to another bank account which is not even related to Sushant?

Mumbai police probe into the Sushant suicide case is continued and they have recorded statements of various people from the film fraternity including Rajeev Masand, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aditya Chopra and so on.

Confederation of all India traders (CAIT) wrote a letter to the union home Minster Amit Shah and Minister of External affairs Ravi Shankar Prasad opposing the decision of BCCI to retain Vivo as the title sponsor of IPL 2020. People including some politicians are bashing BCCI for its decision amid the ongoing India- China border tensions. #BoycottIPL was trending over the social media demanding the boycott of IPL from people.

Actions of BCCI seems contradictory as Board Of Cricket Control (BCCI) tweeted on June 19- “Taking the note of the border skirmish that resulted in martyrdom of our brave Jawans,  the IPL governing council was convened a meeting next week to review IPL’S  various sponsorship deal”. Somehow, the tweet conveyed that BCCI will consider the sponsorship of vivo amid the ongoing India- China border tensions , though it didn’t happened.

On Monday, BCCI affirmed “the decision for retaining vivo as the title sponsor has been taken keeping in mind the sponsorship agreement and after consulting the legal team”.

Confederation of all India Traders (CAIT) also stated that the decision of BCCI contradicts the government action including the ban on 59 Chinese apps and rejecting partnership of Chinese companies in railway and highway projects.

BCCI gets a hefty amount of Rs 440 crore annually from Vivo. Considering the benfits, BCCI don’t want a loss. According to BCCI, it has to pay a fine on ending its title sponsorship with Vivo just before the IPL league.

कोरोना के मायाजाल नें दुनिया को अपने वश में कर लिया है।  कातिल कोरोना दिन-दोगुना और रात चौगुना की रफ्तार से बढ़ता जा रहा है जो थमने का नाम ही नहीं ले रहा। भारत में तो ये दिन-प्रतीदिन नई- नई उच्चाईयों को छूता जा रहा है। बीते 24 घंटों में भारत में कोरोना के 55 हजार से भी ज्यादा केस आये हैं। इसी के साथ-साथ कोरोना का आकड़ा हमारे देश में 16 लाख तक पहूँच चूका है। सवास्थय मंत्रालय के अनुसार भारत में 24 घंटों में कोरोना के 55,079 केस दर्ज किये गये हैं जो कि अभी तक में 24 घंटों का सब से बड़ा आकड़ा है । 24 घंटो के अंतर्गत 779 लोगों ने अपनी जान कोरोना के चलते गवा दी।

भारत में कोरोना केस से राहत भी काफी मिली है जो कि देश के लिए काफी सकरात्मक पहलू है। जैसे-जैसे कोरोना के केसों में बढ़ोतरी हो रही है, वैसे ही कोरोना से राहत की रफ्तार भी बढ़ रही है। अब तक साढ़े दस लाख से भी जयादा लोग देश में कोरोना के संक्रमण से उभर चूके हैं।

सवासथ्य मंत्रालय के अपडेटेड आकड़ों की बात करें तो भारत में कूल 16 लाख 38 हजार 871 मामले सामने आ चूके हैं। इनमें से भारत में 5 लाख 45 हजार 318 एक्टीव केस हैं। मौत का आकड़ा बढ़ता ही जा रहा है। देश में 35,747 लोगों की मौत हो चूकी है।

महाराष्ट्र कोरोना से पीड़ित

देश में सबसे ज्यादा कोरोना के मामले हैं महाराष्ट्र से ही आये हैं। महाराष्ट्र में कुल 1,48,454 एक्टीव केस हैं। आखिरी के 24 घंटों में 2021 नए कोरोना केस जुड़ गये हैं। वही अच्छी बात ये है कि 8860 लोगों ने बीते 24 घंटों में कोरोना को मात दे दी है। वही दल्ली की बात करें तो राजधानी में कूल 10,743 एक्टीव केस मौजूद हैं। कूल मिलाकर दिलली में 1,19,724 कोरोना के मरीज ठीक हो चूके हैं। वही कोरोना से मरने वालों की संख्य़ा दिल्ली में 3936 पहँच गयी है।

नवाज़ुद्दीन सिद्दीकी की धर्मपत्नी आलिया सिद्दीकी ने हाल में ही तलाक की माँग की थी। और इसके बाद उन्होंने एक-एक कर के अपने और नवाज की निजी जिंदगी पर कई बड़े खुलासे भी किये हैं। इसी सिलसिले में आलिया ने एक और बहुत ही चौका देने वाली बात बताई है।

उनका कहना है कि जब वो गर्भवती थीं तो अपनी जाँच कराने भी वह अकेले गाड़ी चलाकर जाया करती थीं, नवाज उनके साथ नहीं आते थे। उनकी डाँकटर भी इस बात पर हैरान रहती थीं और उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि वह ऐसी पहली महिला हैं जो डिलीवरी के समय भी अकेली अस्तपताल आ रही हैं। आलिया मे बताया कि उनको लेबर पेन उठा था तो उस वक्त नवाज और उनक परिवार वही था लेकिन जब वो दर्द में थीं तब उनका पति उनके साथ नहीं था बल्कि वह अपनी गर्लफ्रेंड से बातें कर रहा थे। इस बात का पता आलिया को काफी बेहतरीन तरीके से था क्योंकि सारे फोन के बिल्स उनके पास ही रहते थे।

पिंकविला के साथ एक इंटरव्यू के दौरान आलिया ने ये भी बताया कि उनकी नवाज़ुद्दीनन से पहली बार मुलाकात कैसे हुई थी। एक फिलम में नवाज, आलिया और नवाज के भाई शम्स ने साथ में काम किया था। फिर वहाँ से दोनों को एक दूसरे से प्यार हुआ। उसके बाद तीनों ने लीव इन में रहना शुरु कर दिया था। जब आलिया नवाज को डेट कर रही थीं तभी से वासेपुर के अभिनेता का किसी और लड़की से अफेयर चल रहा था। शादी के बाद भी ऐसा होता रहा। आलिया को लगा था कि नवाज को वह ये सब करने से रोक सकेंगी लेकिन दुर्भाग्यवश ऐसा हो ना सका। शादी के बाद भी ये सब चलता रहा और मांसिक प्रताड़ना का सिलसिला नहीं रुका। उनमें शादी के पहले ही नहीं बल्कि शादी के बाद भी कहा- सुनी होती रही।

नवाज के भाई शम्स आलिया को नवाज के बारे में सारी बातें बताते रहते थे। आलिया अपने पहले बच्चे को जन्म देने वाली थी। डेलेवरी के बाद आलिया को बताया गया कि जब वो नहीं थी तो उनकी गैर मौजूदगी में कुछ लड़कियाँ उनके घर पर थीं। उन्हें नवाज के अफेयर्स की खबर खुद नवाज के भाई शम्स से मिल जाती थी। नवाज की सारी निजी खबर शम्स आलिया को दिया करते थे। एक बार शम्स ने आलिया से कहा, “छत पर देखकर आओ तुम’’। लेकिन आलिया ये सारी बातें नवाज से नहीं बताना चाहती थीं कि उन्हें शम्स ने ये सब बता रखा है।

अगर नवाज की बात करें तो इस मुद्दे पर उनका कोई जवाब नहीं आया है, लेकिन आपको बता दें कि जून में आलिया को नवाज ने एक लीगल नोटिस भेजा था।

दिल्ली में कोरोना के बढ़ते हुए केसों को देखते हुए दिल्ली की सरकार ने एक बड़ा फैसला लिया है। दिल्ली सरकार की सभी यूनिवर्सिटी की परीक्षाओं को कैंसल करने का फैसला ले लिया गया है। ये फैसला तीसरे साल के बच्चों पर भी लागू होता है। दिल्ली के उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने इस फैसले को ट्वीट कर के साफ कर दिया है।

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरवींद केजरीवाल ने दिल्ली के सारे केंद्रीय सरकार के अंतर्गत आने वाली यूनिवर्सिटीस में भी परीक्षाओं को कैंसल कराने संबंधित एक पत्र लिखा है।

दिल्ली में कोरोना का कहर थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। देश की राजधानी कोरोना के चपेट नें आ चुकी है और हालात इतने बिगड़ गये हैं कि वहाँ कोरोना के मरीज इतने ज्यादा हो गये हैं कि उनके लिए बेड्स भी कम पड़ने लगे हैं। राजधानी के कई स्कूल और काँलेजों को तो क्वारंटाइन सेंटर में तब्दील भी कर दिया गया है। इन हालातों को नजर में रखते हुए दिल्ली सरकार इस बड़े नतीजे पर पहुँची है। डिग्री यूनिवर्सिटी द्वारा तय मूल्यांकन मापदंडों के हिसाब से दी जाएगी। मनीष सीसोदिया ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के जरिये ये भी कहा कि जब बच्चों को इस सेमेस्टर में पढ़ाया ही नहीं जा सकेगा तो फिर ऐसे में परीक्षा कैसे होगी। सिर्फ इतना ही नहीं बल्कि यूनिवर्सिटी को यह भी कहा गया है कि बच्चों की डिग्री को ज्यादा देर तक रोक कर ना रखा जाए।

हालांकि दिल्ली सरकार के यूनिवसिर्टी जैसे आईपी यूनिवर्सिटी  , अंबेडकर यूनिवर्सिटी, डीटीयू व अन्य संस्थानें में तो परीक्षा नहीं होंगे। लेकिन दिल्ली के वो काँलेज जो केंद्रीय सरकार के अंतर्गत आते हैं उन पर अभी भी फैसला आना बाकी है।

इससे पहले ऐच.आर.डी मंत्री ने बताया था कि यूनिवर्सिटी की परीक्षाएँ सितंबर के महीने में कराये जाएंगे और आँक्टूबर तक परीक्षाओं का परिणाम भी घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।

दिल्ली सरकार नें बाकी राज्यों से भी यूनिवर्सिटी की परीक्षाओं को कैंसल करने की माँग की है।

राजधानी में कोरोना के मामले बढ़कर तकरीबन 1 लाख 10 हजार हो गये हैं। हालांकि अच्छी बात ये है कि एक्टीव केसों की संख्या अब 25 हजार से घटकर 21 हजार हो गई है। बढ़ते हुए मामलों को नजर में रखते हुए दिल्ली सरकार ने यह एहम फैसला लिया है।
